More Fun @ Lake Arrowhead

We rented a couple of ski boats and an instructor for the non water skiers amongst us.  Here is Alex getting some quick tips. And 1 2 3 he is up on the first try!   I'm sure analyzing in true Alex fashion what his cousins Brian and Scott were doing before hand was helpful.

As you can tell by the wetsuits, Lake Arrowhead is very cold this year.. Even with the wetsuits the water was freezing.

Sheranian Family Reunion Lake Arrowhead 2011

Following a Sheranian tradition a decision was made to plan a family trip to Lake Arrowhead. Liz found a beautiful 5+ bedroom cabin to rent on the lake! After a 4.5 hour drive, let Summer Camp begin!  Steve and I found out that if you are the last to arrive at the cabin you get the bunk beds.  Note taken for the next family trip. KaRynn designed the family t shirts.  We were missing a number of the family members so are numbers this trip were only a sizzlin seventeen.

Jean was so tired from her cancer treatment but enjoyed the sun while sitting at the dock and visiting with the family.  Sarah and little baby Monson, 12 weeks, arrived from Houston to enjoy the festivities.  Daniel was happy to visit flying Southwest from Chicago. We all enjoyed lunch at the malt shop.  It was a very nostalgic trip for Steve and his brothers.

We all enjoyed time hanging in the hammack. Cute photo of Alex and Hannah hanging out on Sunday afternoon.  Harrison enjoyed some artwork while Scott looked on.  Hannah had a great time on the kayak with her dad.  Happy Father's Day to all the Sheranian Dads!

Steve started out early Saturday morning with a smooth ride out to the island.  An hour later Daniel took the same not so smooth ride as he capsized his boat.

105 Degrees & Hanging By The Pool

Hannah and Olivia had swim lessons today at Lifetime Athletic Club.  Hannah can now go under the water without doing her original one handed nose holding stroke. A very hilarious site to see I must say. There are two fun slides at the pool.  The kids have had fun each day spending some time at the pool.  Hannah is being stubborn about going down the enclosed slide. The "dark" slide as she calls it.  But it's not dark and it is not scary as her younger sister has already experienced time and time again.  Hannah has her mind made up!  She has another ten days to change her mind and join in the fun! Update coming soon I hope.

Ten More Weeks and Counting

Today was the Baby Shower for Paige & Lil Bean. Ten weeks might still feel like a long time but it will be here before you know it. Steve & I are both so excited to be grandparents!

The Sheranian Kiddos Have Arrived!

Seventeen year old Scott is ready for Summer 2011! I think he was so excited to come visit his Dad that he has been sick for the last several days. Scott and the rest of us are looking forward to The Sheranian Family Reunion at Lake Arrowhead! Hurry Up and Feel Better Scott!

Thirteen year old Harrison is thrilled to spend three weeks with Dad this summer. He is looking forward to daily trips to Lifetime Athletic Club and very excited to get a "new" haircut!

Almost Ten year old Hannah likes to wear her two black shirts every day. You would think she doesn't have any other shirts but... Hannah likes the two black shirts. Heaven help me! She is looking forward to rock climbing at the gym and hikes with her Dad at Red Rock over the next few weeks.

Nine year old Olivia has a new pair of glasses! Aren't they SO cute! Olivia is looking forward to swimming lessons while she visits with her Dad. She always has a fun time playing with Harley and especially likes Harley's new bling collar.

Summer Vacation Has Arrived

Nineteen year old Jared came home to Las Vegas for a quick visit before going job hunting in Utah. He is thinking maybe he should get his hair cut!

Fifteen year old Alex is ready for summer break but first he needs to finish studying for finals that are this week. Sorry Alex the rest of us have already started our summer vacation.
